Also known as A Homebuyers Survey/Report is the most popular pre purchase survey, and the one we are asked for the most.
Every property is individually assessed based on size and condition but typically our Service Outline looks like this:
Initial Inspection
The inspection process will take a minimum of 3 hours at the property, with the remainder of the work and due diligence carried out off site.
Equipment
Our inspection equipment includes a 10m telescopic camera pole to assist in viewing chimney stacks and roof coverings in detail.
Feedback & Report
You will receive a telephone call as soon as the surveyor finishes their inspection to give you some initial feedback on findings, then we will get straight to work on your report.
We aim to provide the report in digital (PDF) format straight to you via email, within 48 hours of the inspection. If you require a printed copy, just let us know when booking.
