Our fees vary depending on the size, type, age and value of the subject property, and as such, each enquiry is assessed individually before we provide you a detailed quote.
As soon as we receive your instruction, we will book our property inspection and confirm those arrangements with you. We aim to deliver our reports within 48hrs of completing our inspection, unless otherwise specified to you. On survey instructions, we will call you as soon as we finish our inspection, to give you our initial thoughts and feedback.
All surveys levels include an assessment of the buildings structure, and as part of the inspection process we assess all accessible internal and external parts, roof spaces, garages and any outbuildings.
Yes, we check thoroughly for signs of damp, and for any defects to the property that may contribute to or cause damp issues to occur in the future.
Each property is individually assessed prior to quoting, and we will make a recommendation to you for the survey level that best suits your needs, based on your enquiry.
